A few months back I thought maybe I could breed mealworms for my beardie, and i bought everything I needed. And then I remembered mealworms aren't good for them. Now that I have everything, though, I still want to breed some bugs for her. I have the materials that were meant for a self sorting system (tall and short container, mesh, oatmeal, etc). Are there any types of worms/bugs that have the same breeding system as mealworms or I could at least salvage my containers for?

You could try breading crickets. Crickets are good for them and not very fattening. It will take a couple weeks until they breed but I think it will work if you take care of them!
