@PatsyB what do you do to keep your superworms? like bedding, temps, food/moisture?
I went to clean mine out and give fresh wheat bran and there were these microscopic white "bugs"?? so I did a total clean of the container and even rolled the remaining super's on a wet paper towel to get any off them..

I keep mine in wheat bran, about 2 inches and I give them toilet paper rolls to hide in and under. I keep them in my pantry that is probably around 69/70 degrees and I feed them the stems from greens. Except for collards, I found that collards make them smell horrible!

I've never got white bugs in my wheat germ. I wonder what they were.

yea I did notice when I gave them collard they stunk.. the tiny bugs were weird like little specks that moved.. maybe I waited too long to clean out and put fresh wheat bran.. I may have to move them to the basement they might be getting warmer now that it's winter it's warmer in that room..
