We got Sammy when she was about 2 months old. She was the tiniest little thing. I was such a worried dragon mom and felt like things were very touch and go with her. She would barely eat and wouldn’t grow. Now she is 6 months old. I think I’ve got her figured out. She eats crickets faster than I can get them ordered. She will still only eat collard greens daily with her occasional favorite of blueberries once a week. But that’s a huge plus considering she wouldn’t eat them before. Still working on that. I was not a reptile person at all. We bought her for my 6 year old and she’s slowly turned into my baby. She recognizes me and gets excited to see me. She used to be so crazy it was hard to take her out as she would jump all over the place and I thought I would break her. Now she casually chills with me on the couch. It cracks me up. She is a very healthy looking girl and is about 12 inches now. Gotta say I’m very fond of the little gal. I really enjoy this forum and feedback has been wonderful. Yay for dragons! Anyways, just wanted to share my girl and all her growing up she has done beautifully!
