How is my Sophie's weight doing? Unsure...

Help?

Please help me to figure out if my beardie is normal size, a little fluffy or needs a diet. Sometimes my Sophie looks fine and sometimes she seems heavy or bloated? She is a juvenile. She was born mid-November. So, she's about seven months. Worried mommy. Exactly how many Dubia's should we be giving her a day? And how many times a day?

All of the information out there is confusing to us. Feeding her ten to fifteen minutes at a time sounds crazy to me because she will eat a TON of Dubias. If I don't control how much she eats, she'll go nuts! I'm don't know what to do.

She already eats A LOT of greens and she is quite active. Thank goodness. We have a big playpen for her. She is a happy little dragon.

But her belly looks really big? These pictures are all taken around the same time. Some of the pictures where she looks fluffy are literally the day before she looks fine. I watched a YouTube video describing five ways to see if your beardie is overweight but I'm unsure.

Note that I am a paranoid first time mother so I obsess over her. We want her to be healthy.
