I am looking for a 36" hood with uvb/UVA's and heat bulb fixture. Currently have a screen and dome lights and our cat wont stay out , need a hard top. Or other suggestions please.

You don't need a fixture the same length as the tank - you only need it to be 2/3 of the tank--- you can try building a top out of wood but remember that will keep your temps higher as the heat will not escape- as far as keeping the cat out you need to either keep the dragon in a room w/ the doors closed or put tank on a stand / dresser w/ no access to top except from the floor-- I have 5 cats none of them can get to my dragons--- they are in my computer room one on a aquraium stand the other on a dresser w/ no way to get to top of tanks-- they would haft to jump from floor and they have never done that in the years I have had them
You can Google T 5 light fixture+ www.pangeareptiles.com carries different size fixtures- your dragon needs to be able to escape the UVB rays
We are watching our daughters cat shes a nut , tourtise shell, 50" jump and we raised it .... I'd let the cat go but our daughters in Navy , I don't have the heart to. I just ordered a rabbit hutch I'll redesign for Ms. Lizard.
