He hasn't pooped in close to 3 weeks! Should I be worried?

Usually his poop schedule is pooping every week, but recently... he hasn't been so lucky. I'm going to try and get prune juice, to see if that helps. But currently Idk what to do.

Your beardie should be pooping at least once a day. Please answer the following:
-UVB light brand and type
-Basking lamp
-Substrate
-Staple and frequent feeders
-Is your beardie dragging his legs?
-Feel his stomach. Is it soft and normal-feeling or hard?
-Is he eating his food and swallowing properly?

Give him a warm bath in the meantime. Impaction can be fatal if left untreated, and it may require surgery to fix.

zoo med UVB light
heat lamp (they came in a dual fixture turtle set, same thing as a beardie just smaller because of his tank size)
around 5 super worms a day, with fruits every now and then. he is nearly an adult so he will be switching to mostly greens soon.
He lives on a large tile floor
and his legs aren't dragging
his stomach is soft as usual
and he still eats with a full appetite and properly

The superwoms are probably the culprit-they shouldn't be a staple (high in phosphorus, a variety of crickets/roaches/worms is best), and can cause impaction if they're too large. Switch to crickets or dubias when you can as main feeders and use the supers as a supplement.

If your using a coil UVB please get rid of it--- especially if it's a 13 watt- 26 watts are iffy but it must be a Reptisun-- it is not uncommon for dragons not to poop for long periods- if your feeding a good diet if staple feeders like dubias crickets or silk worms and BSFL is good -- too many meal worms superworms can plug them up- if you have anymore questions please ask - prune juice baby food prune unsweetened applesauce raw shredded sweet potato is good
