DRIED UP POOP

My bearded dragon has a little tiny bit of dried up poop around her vent and i tried getting a toothbrush and warm water and tried to scrub it off and it didn’t work. so instead i’m just gonna soak her everyday until it come off on its own. i don’t know if i rubbed her vent a little bit raw or not. but just to be safe would it be okay to put a little bit of NON pain reliever neosporin on or around her vent?

You could, or you could use raw unfiltered honey. Just don't leave feeder insects in with her with the honey - it will attract them and they may bite her.
