Deflating Eggs

I really need help my bearded dragon layed eggs last night. I was going to pick up an incubator this morning and when I woke up all the eggs are deflated. I checked them last night and it looked like all of them were fertile. I really don’t know what to do.

maybe they are slugs. you should check up on them every hour or so.
