Okay, good! And, no, the tiles won't be slippery.

Here's what I used. Just make sure you wear a mask when applying it.

Yes. Especially this one. It's REALLY strong. Just be sure to wear a mask...even while outside. Once it's cured, all is good.

But with the water based latex paint (as Janie said).... I guess that is non-toxic stuff? Or are they only certain kinds of this kind of paint that are non-toxic?

The water-based latex paint should be fine once it's dried...expecially if sealed with polyeurathane.
