Bashing head in sleep!?

So I'm just downstairs and I hear a bangs sound I look at my bearded dragons tank to see her bashing her head off of the ground but the weird thing is she was still asleep! Is she dreaming or was it something worse? I rlly worried for her now.

She is about a year and this is the first time this ever happened. I went and moved her gently and she woke up that's good because I thought she could have had a seizure and it is 3 am so no vets would be open. She just got back into her sleeping position so I think she is fine. I will keep an eye on her though.
