My baby (about 7 weeks old) loves his salad. I alternat between kale, chard and collard greens. Occasionally mix in a little broccoli, parsley or bell pepper (always tossed with his calcium powder). He also has a very healthy appetite for his bugs, so he's not just filling up on salad. My question is do I let him eat as many greens as he wants or do I limit his veg intake until he gets older?

You will probably wants to limit how much he eats so that he does not become obese. The rule of thumb is 40% greens and 60% insects this will change as they get older.
