Bearded Dragon Egg

Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum. I am in desperate need of some advise!
I'm not new to reptiles I'm personally just unfamiliar with bearded dragons. My girlfriend's sister bought herself a bearded dragon maybe 5 months ago and she believes he's approximately 7 months old. He's in my opinion very skinny barely eats and doesn't have very much mobility at all. I've notice he has tremor (he shakes when he tries to move). He can't hold his tail up on his own and when you move his legs they kinda flop (no muscle strength). He can lift his head but not very much. On the drive home we had him looking out the window. He seemed very reactive to cars and seemed very stimulated. We plan on having him out daily getting socialized. I also tried to just move all his fingers and hands to help him get some extra blood flowing hoping physio therapy type movements my help his muscles and joints from becoming too stiff. ( Pictures below)
After several visits and hard conversations we managed to convince her sister to allow us to take Dart into our care and help him out as much as we can.
Steps I've taken :
I have made several calls and waiting for responses from vets.
Blended: water, super worms, crickets, wax worms, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, apple and strawberries (I realize a lot of these items aren't daily items he should be consuming. I will be going to the store tomorrow to buy all the recommended daily items to blend up until he's strong enough to eat them.) liquid calcium, zoomed powdered multi vitamin. Served with syringe will start doing 1/2 - 1 tbs per meal approximately 4 times a day to keep hydrated.
Soaked in warm water +zoo med electrolytes + zoo med reptisafe
This is the fist night, we have him. Plan on posting updates as well as show progress on the way. I'm nervous I am too late and I am too inexperienced to handle this situation but I will do everything in my power to save this little man.
