  • I luf you to know it's my birfday. I turned 5. Mom said I gets to go to's school.
    Hi I'm super scared i just brought my bearded dragon home from the pet store and the tip of his tail fell off. I read that that is not supposed to happen. Do you think that my beardie, Mel has tail rot? His tail did not turn black before it fell off or anything like that. BTW he is a hatchling.

    Did he have other tank mates in his tank with him from the pet store? Perhaps the tip of his tail was nipped off and it fell off. Have you got some betadine in your house? If so, use a betadine solution with lukewarm water to make it look like weak tea and soak his tail into that for a few minutes. Then dry. Apply Neosporin ointment, not cream to the wound. Keep an eye on the tail.
