Bill has somethimg wrong woth 1 eye and appetite has decreased

A long shot here. Sometimes an eye infection (if it is an infection) can be caused by a lack of vitamin A. This is called Hypovitaminosis A. Carrots, peas, corn etc are good vitamin A veggies. If it's not an eye infection then possibly as you mentioned above, it could be a piece of skin from the...

    Abscess looking growth

Good day, I'm posting on behalf of a lady on our community group. She has a 12 year old male dragon apparently and he has which looks like an abscess on his right rear leg below where the knee is. She says he is not showing any discomfort at all even when walking. I asked if the dark mark has...

    Dubia babies! Help!

If the females have more nymphs (babies) don't separate them at all. Dubias are social insects and the adults don't harm the nymphs. They get stressed when environments change for them. Only separate the colony if it gets overcrowded. She, the Mom will watch over them for a couple of days and...

    Why are Dubias so expensive?

Hi there. Dubias are not expensive insects to breed, however there are a few things to take into consideration. From nymph to adult approx 5+ months. The females once adult take another week to breed. She then carries her ootheca for a further 65 days and then the babies are born. Normally on...

    No crickets or dubia roaches?

As far as live feeders go, there is no comparison to Dubias. Bsfl are mainly bred outdoors as the larvae eat just about anything and it has to be fairly moist which could lead to unpleasant odors. When they turn into flies, there are almost always escapees so indoors is not suitable, even though...
