    Superworms are generally not advised until a little older, as they have a harder to digest outer shell. Bsfl and very small dubia are great choices for babies. Silkworms are also said to be a good staple feeder.

    Baths are NOT how they hydrate. Read the article listed above. They get their hydration from washing their salad/veggies and gutloading their live feeders.
