Yeah we got him from petsmart a few months ago. He’s gone to a vet before because he’s had a lot of health issues but I’ll talk to them about it. It may have to do with his other stuff
Please don’t catch crickets outside it can make your bearded dragon sick or give it parasites. You could try buying some crickets and then breed them so you don’t have to spend so much money
I’m not sure what kind he is since we got him from the pet store but he’s most likely a leatherback with something else. I don’t know why he won’t grow. He stopped eating his vegetables and the vet said that I should force feed them to him because that might be the problem. So we just blended...
So I’ve had my bearded dragon Rex for awhile now and I’ve noticed that since we got him he hasn’t really grown at all. He’s still a baby and he’s 6 inches. We got him from a pet store about 4-5 months ago. Everything in his tank is perfect and he’s been eating fine. I don’t know if there’s...
he’s really cute! Pet stores usually have leather back bearded dragons so he most likely that with somthing else. Glad he’s getting more comfortable with you!
glad to hear he’s eating his bugs. Clay is fine just make sure he doesn’t eat it and you want to be carful for when he’s older because the males have pores on the inside of there legs that can get clogged from lose substrate and then you have to clear them which believe me is disgusting lol but...
thank you, his name is Rex. He used to like being misted and he loved his baths but now that he’s older he’s gotten a little sassy lol. We just think that Rex drinks to much to fast and dosent take a breath. Mine likes drinking from the syringe as well.
He’s is very cute! I’ve heard that sometimes with the baby’s you might have to force feed them but I wouldn’t do that unless you’ve talked to your vet. Your tank is great he has a lot of room to run around. It’s really good that hes letting you hold him. If you think he’s ready you can try...
he hates being misted, it really stresses him out. We thought it was his old water bowl pressing against his throat but he still chokes in the bath so I put a big lid in his tank and I put really big drops of water on it which has helped a little but I alway monitor him when he drinks. We have...
you do want to give him lots of crickets make sure they’re the small ones because the big ones can cause impaction. You can also put meal worms or wax worms in his salad so when he tries to get the worm he’ll get some greens in his mouth. This is what I do since my Beardy isn’t a fan of veggies...
