I use 1/4" plexi glass if the pieces are longer than 24" if they aren't I can get by with 1/8". It also depends on what is being housed in the enclosure. As far as the track goes I used a silicone to glue it to the frame. If the track is wood I use 18 gauge brad nails,
you dont really have to bake it first, but if you feel safer doing so then i would put it on a baking sheet and bake t that way. nothing thicker than an inch so it all gets the heat!
Ive used this meathod before! Plenty of times. I just used regulat styrofoam but i used sanded grout with adhesive. It is a good idea to use unsanded grout for the first few coats then sanded for the last few. I just used a water based grous sealer to seal it all. You can get it in a spray can...

I kept a track reccord of one of my beardies from the day i bought him till he was fully grown. I marked what he ate every day and hit length and weight in grams. Its good to have a reference and also just a neat thing to look at. I also took a picture every other week of him next to a quarter...
Mine does this whe shes about to lay a cltch of eggs! very normal just keep an eye on her, maybe make her a lay box and put her in there for a few hours and see if you get eggs!
I dont know where you are located but i buy most of my feeders from a place in ross hamilton ohio called Chirp n' Time. They're prices are great and they always have good product. They also go to the cincinnati and colombus riptile shows every time there is one and they do ship as well.
I dont have a water dish in any of my beardies cages. They would susually knock tem over and cause more troubles for me and never drank from them. I feel like they get all the necessary water they need from the food they eat. And i do give them baths wen shedding to help that i also let them eat...
