Health check and advice

Here is my beardie i believe to be 3 years of age. I think hes in brumation and hes become sleepy and sometimes comes out for a bit. He ate a worm yesterday but has no real desire for food. I hand fees him some fruit but as said hes not mad about food at the moment
Its just about going into summer. But last year he did this where it was what i presumed brumation. He ate up loads and then went into hiding. Its been about 2 weeks since eating hes eaten bits but not loads. Ive tried with veggies its very difficult to try and get him to eat them. He likes fruit. I will post a picture of his vivarium. I have done yhe necessary checks but see if you think anything from the picture

@kaylynangel thank you so much for your help youve been great!! Ive changed is substrate too a better sand which is more like desert rather than the fine sand. Ibe altered the tempts to abit hotter and replaced the strip bulbs. Hes eating very perked up and loves his new layout!! I decided to make a big change to his vivarium lets see how he hangs out now.
