Mouth problems?

My beardie's mouth looks kinda strange to me. Specifically his lips. In the front they meet up, then on his left side it seems like they don't meet up perfectly and are kind of bumpy. Could this be a starting sign of future mbd? I've worked with him and have got him to open his mouth and his teeth look ok to me, just concerned it could be a sign.
