Lighting for a 20 Gallon

I recently got a new beardie at Repticon Charlotte and had to get an Exo Terra 20 gallon starter kit temporarily as she's super small. Anyway I've read that the Solar Glo 125 watt is not the best bulb so my question is what is the best complete lighting setup for a 20 gallon just until she gets big enough for a 40 gallon? Basking, UVB, and UVA?

I am currently dragon sitting and the dragon is in a 20g temporarily while they are at my house. I have a UVB tube bulb going across the top of the tank and a 50w basking bulb.

Thanks so much what size tube bulb are you using?

I think it's a 36", it goes the length of the tank. The tank is a 20g breeder.

She's only been in it for a week thankfully. She's a year old so she's a little too big for a 20g but it works in a temp situation.
