Is this considered poop? (still having a poop issue)

Well still no solid poops...however I cleaned his tank yesterday and gave him a new carpet so I could keep a better eye on the bm if there are any, so far there hasnt been. Today he did have a white spot on the carpet though, not big at all and nothing solid...more like someone put 6 little specks of white flower on the carpet in a circle...is this poop?
