How to find a URL On your phone!?!? Help please!

Hey guys! i was wanting to upload a picture of my bearded dragon on a thread. But i'm not sure where i can find the URL for my picture to put it up. i have a Galaxy S6 Edge phone

When you click on "upload a file" next to "post reply" it brings up a screen that says choose a file click on the link and it will access your photos and you just choose a photo.
