Feeding the right amount?

So Skittles is 9 months and I'm not sure I'm feeding him the right amount - too much, too little, should I be cutting down his insects yet?

He gets the amount of greens shown in the picture every morning, plus a mix up of various worms - 15 to 30 depending on what I have on hand, then he gets 20 large dubia in the evening. He finishes all the worms, the salad, and begs for more dubia at night. Is he just a fatty, or should I feed him more???

Sounds like he has a healthy appetite. At about 12 months I would start cutting down the amount of protein he's getting or start feeding him protein every other day.
