So my baby bearded dragon (which I got 2 weeks ago) seems to be doing just fine with everything so far just one little issue, I've never seen him eat the salad i chop up for him
I never see the salad bowl go down either and I change it every other day
he eats crickets and mealworms just fine so I know he does eat but should I be concerned and if you guys know anything to help with this issue please tell me:)

Don't worry about the salad, little ones need more protein at this time than salads. Keep offering it to him and eventually he will eat some. You should be gut loading your crickets with his salad items so that they are nutritious for him to eat. Meal worms aren't the best food for them. They have hard shells that are difficult for them to digest.

Also wanted to point out that calcium sand isn't the best sand to use. They taste everything and if they eat too much of it, they can get impacted or it can cause other stomach issues because the calcium is neutralizing their stomach acid. The calcium in the sand is the same as TUMS. The other thing too is you have a BEAUTIFUL dragon that's true colors are being hidden by the staining from the sand :)

Okay thank you so much for everything!
I know mealworms aren't the best he has only had them twice he mostly eats crickets
and I'm planning on getting something instead of calcium sand, it's being replaced today actually! But again thank you!
