hmmm - I think that would be once maybe twice per week. my male likes the orange bell peppers. my female likes the yellow. They tend to get limp before the kids eat all of them I usually end up broiling them with a bit of olive oil and have them (myself) for dinner

No I dont like bell pepper. I will feed any left overs to my roaches. Lol
