So I just got my 8 month old female, Fawkes last week, the reptile specialist in the pet store said that she was eating 24 crickets a day, since I've had her she's only been eating 8-12 a day (hand fed, she won't eat them otherwise) I've also put fresh vegetables every day, I've varied in types to maybe find out what one she likes but she's eating none of them, I've tried waving them infront of her nose, I've also tried feeding her a cricket and a small piece of kale at the same time but she just won't eat it at all, I know veggies are important for her.

Any ideas to encourage her to eat them??

Ps, the crickets were gut loaded on cabbage and kale

If you are gut loading your crickets with the veggies and he's eating the crickets I wouldn't worry. Like Penny said they get moving sickness. They also don't always take to veggies right away. Keep offering them though and eventually she will eat them.

I would feed the crickets veggies that are appropriate for your bearded dragon to eat. Kale is okay occasionally and cabbage if i'm not mistaken is bad. Do a google search of the two and see. There is a site called beautifuldragons.com that has a good list of foods that are safe to feed.
