Beardie threw up a live cockroach from about an hour ago

I gave Spaghetti (≈6 yrs) two roaches today and she gobbled both up. She ate a lot yesterday and hasn't pooped yet. However, just recently she repeatedly sucked in her beard and then out and in again. I looked away for just a few seconds. Then I noticed there was a pink roach on its back in front of her! I picked it out and flushed it so she didn't eat it again. Right as I'm typing this, her beard is doing the thing again! I can't find anything about this online so I assume it's rare. I think that she may have eaten them too fast and didn't chew properly. I would appreciate any advice!

Also make sure that your basking temp is correct.
